RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order modifying the conditions of executing two surities each for a sum of Rs.10000/- each and the 1st and 3rd petitioners shall report before the trial court in C.C.No.84/2023 daily at about 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks forthwith in Crl OP(MD)No. 3481 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANTHA MURUGAN.S.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the conditions of executing two sureties each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each and the first and third petitioners shall report before the trial Court in C.C.No.84 of 2023 daily at about 10.30 am., for a period of four weeks forthwith, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5481 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL MP(MD) No.6914 of 2023 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners so far as the condition No.6 and 6(b) are modified as follows:.

"6.The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two common sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

6(b).The petitioners 1 and 3 shall report before the trial Court in C.C.No.84 of 2023 daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation; and the second petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. sd/- 27/04/2023 / TRUE COPY / /05/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
