To prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.28 of 2017 on the file of Additional Subordinate Judge of Kumbakonam, dated 12.01.2018 by confirming the judgment and Decree Passed in O.S.No.501 of 2009 on the file of 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam dated 12.01.2017.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.RAJARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 683 days in filing the above Second Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Though notice has been served on the respondent there is no representation on behalf of the respondent either in person or through counsel.
