2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6564 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.911 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12031 of 2017 on 09.02.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate as and when required for interrogation.
