ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a direction to dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.61 of 2009 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul, within a time frame.

2. Mr.D.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit filed by the petitioner before the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul was dismissed, after contest. Aggrieved over the Judgment and Decree, the petitioner preferred an appeal in the year 2009 and the same is pending without any progress, which cause prejudice to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the impleading petitions filed by the purchasers pending suit have been allowed and the appeal is posted for amendment of cause title and there are no other applications pending in the appeal.

4. Considering the above fact, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul shall dispose of the appeal suit in A.S.No.61 of 2009 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.08.2016.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
