The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the appeal petition of the petitioner dated 08.10.2014.

2. Mr.K.Guru, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the appeal petition of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the appeal petition dated 08.10.2014 as per law.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the appeal petition, dated 08.10.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
