ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 380 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.At the time of filing this petition only petition enquiry was pending. Today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that a case has been registered as against the petitioner herein in Cr.No.458 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 385, 323 & 506(i) IPC. 3.It is seen from the First Information Report in Cr.No.458 of 2021 that the defacto complainant is none other than the mother of the petitioner and she is a widow. The petitioner herein assaulted and threatened the defacto complainant and taken away some valuable properties and jewels from her.

CRL OP(MD)No.8984 of 2021 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the conduct of the petitioner, who assaulted his own mother for getting her property, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
