Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition passed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 2589/2024 dt. 20.02.2024 in so far as the petitioners to replace the damaged door.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S KRISHNAVENI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall replace the damaged door of the defacto complainant, while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2589 of 2024 on 20.02.2024

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are ready to replace the damaged door, the defacto complainant has not permitted them to replace the damaged door. Therefore, the petitioners are willing to deposit the cost of the door, before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Considering the said submission, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2589 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.18 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order. Time for furnishing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
