O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that on account of certain financial constraints, he left Madurai and has been residing at Coimbatore. The detenu is prepared to go with the petitioner.

2. We have examined the petitioner also.

3. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
