ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.379 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused said to have committed theft of two cows, hence the case.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that three similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having three similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
