Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is the Managing Trustee of Sri Gopalakrishnaswamy Vakairaa Temple, Krishnapuram, Kadayanallur Taluk. The petitioner seeks action against certain executive officers who had been in-charge in the temple earlier. She had given a petition dated 10.06.2019 in this regard before the first respondent. All that that petitioner wants is disposal of the said petition.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader has some objections to make.

4.I am of the view that no exception can be taken to the petitioner's request made in this writ petition. The petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.11142 of 2020 only seeks disposal of the petition and nothing else. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to decide on the mode of disposal.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
