2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 3.The petitioner is a tenant and the respondent is the landlord. The respondent filed a petition in R.L.T.O.P.No.31 of 2023 under Section 21(2)(a) and 21(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017 on the ground of willful default in payment of rent. In that proceedings, the petitioner filed I.A.No.3 of 2024 for marking five documents. The trial Court allowed the said application only in respect of three documents and dismissed the petition in respect of other two documents. As against the said order, the petitioner filed an appeal in R.L.T.A.No.16 of 2024 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Trichy and the same is pending.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending, the trial Court is trying to dispose of the main rent control original petition itself. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the appeal filed by him.
