This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to threaten the petitioner for filing false case under section 110 Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appeared for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a farmer and he has been harassed by the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not harassed throughout and no complaint has been filed in the name of the petitioner except one which has already been pending.
