Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant Joint Patta in favour of the petitioner and legal heris of Gurunatha Pillai for the property comprised in Survey No.243/2013, to an extent of 20 cents, situated at Narasingam 4th Bit., Y.Thattankulam, Madurai East Tk., Madurai Dist., based on the petitioners representation dated 18-03-2021, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.8184 of 2021 dated 20.04.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the Tahsildar and the relevant document was also circulated to this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certain persons have been added in the patta and they have nothing to do with the subject property.

Cont.P.(MD).No.925 of 2021 challenge the same, in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
