ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she married the third respondent and is presently residing with him.

2. We have examined the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is a married person having one child. His first wife is conceived now. During the currency of the first marriage only, the second marriage was conducted by him.

3. The detenu wanted to go with the third respondent. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
