Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to rectify the error made in the UDR Scheme in S.No.193/4 to the extent of 1.08 Acres situated at Dombuchery Village, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District based on the Old Revenue Records considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025 and 17.10.2025.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to rectify the error made in the UDR Scheme in S.No. 193/4 to the extent of 1.08 Acres situated at Dombuchery Village, Bodinayakkanur https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Taluk, Theni District based on the Old Revenue Records considering the petitioner's representations dated 11.09.2025 and 17.10.2025. 2.The petitioner claims that the land belongs to the petitioner's grand father Pazhanisamy Pillai. However, the adjacent owner Karthiyayini's name has been wrongly crept in.

3.This Court is directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 11.09.2025 and 17.10.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
