2. The petitioner has made some serious allegations against the fourth respondent and demands his removal. He wants to be appointed in the fourth respondent's place. In this regard, he has given a representation on 13.02.2015. It is for the Board to take a decision in the matter. The first respondent/ Board is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after putting the fourth respondent on notice.
