PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 for affording police protection prohibiting the respondents 3 and 4 from causing any disturbances to the petitioner's possession and enjoyment over the eastern portion of 2.666 cents of land out of 2 Are of land comprised in Re-Survey No.278/13B of Kurunthencode Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 for affording police protection, prohibiting the respondents 3 and 4 from causing any disturbances to the petitioner's possession and enjoyment over the eastern portion of 2.666 cents of land out of 2 Are of land comprised in Re-Survey No.278/13B of Kurunthencode Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that upon receipt of the representation dated 15.08.2020, given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in current paper enquiry No.P2/24403/2020 and the same is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.
