ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case in C.S.R.No.155 of 2018 dated 14.06.2018 and to conduct an investigation on the petitioner's complaint.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had made a complaint on 14.06.2018 before the third respondent.

Since, no case has been registered on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's complaint, he has filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that an enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's complaint and the same was closed as false.

4.In the light of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate under the provisions of law.

5.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
