ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to cancel the Settlement Deed vide Document No.225 of 2014, dated 05.02.2014 on the ground of the document was executed forged document by the 3rd respondent in favour of the 4th respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2024 and for other reliefs.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to both the parties.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
