ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Subathira, who is the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.487/2021 and during the course of enquiry, she appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave a statement to the effect that they entered into compromise, in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.8981 of 2021 presence of the elders of the village. Based upon that, the complaint was closed on 08.07.2021.

4.Since the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been closed, the matter has become infructuous as the harassment is no more in existence. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuos.
