ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 03.07.2021.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the petitioner now is in illegal custody of her parents and she is the legally wedded wife of the third respondent.

4. Whether such a custody is legal or illegal, cannot be considered in this petition. The third respondent is directed to work out his remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
