O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent is none other than the daughter of the petitioner and she lodged a false complaint against the petitioner for the sale of her own property. Based on the complaint, the 2nd respondent frequently called the petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 12.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the 3rd respondent, who is the daughter of the petitioner lodged a complaint against the petitioner for Page No. 2 of 5

the sale of the ancestral property and the 3rd respondent also having share over the property. But, without the knowledge of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner sold the property. Therefore, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner. However, they will conduct enquiry on the complaint of the 3rd respondent along with the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondents no.3 and 4 inclined to pass orders in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, the 2nd respondent harassed the petitioner and the same was denied by the 2nd respondent and only based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2025 along with the 3rd respondent complaint and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
