ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse the petitioner's incentives for the services rendered as a Direct Selling Agent, based on the petitioner's last representation dated 18.06.2021.
2. The brief facts which are necessary for the disposal of this Writ Petition is as follows:- After superannuation as Manager from Canara Bank, Thumbalam Branch, the petitioner was appointed as Direct Selling Agent by Canara Bank, Circle Office and issued an Identity Card of Authorized Direct Selling agent by the 2nd respondent on 09.08.2017 valid till 08.08.2018. On 10.04.2018, 11.04.2018, 06.12.2018 and 23.12.2019, the petitioner submitted various bills for the services rendered at various branches of the respondent Bank. Even after receipt of the same, no action has been initiated by the 1st respondent nor the 1st respondent advised the 2nd respondent to take appropriate steps to redress the grievances of the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides. Carefully perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner herein, this Court hereby direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2021 with respect to the various bills submitted by him and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four
(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
