ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to grant life and limb protection to the petitioner by the first respondent against the illegal threat of the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been registered against the second respondent in Crime No.101 of 2019, dated 27.03.2019.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after registration of the FIR, the second respondent disturbed the possession and enjoyment of the property. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint and it is pending on the file of the first respondent.

4. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
