ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P. EDINBROUGH ,Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Government Advocate for the respondentS, this Court made the following order:
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6124 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD)No.64 of 2021 dated 20.09.2021. 2.No doubt, this Court has dismissed the petitioner's earlier application for relaxation in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3171 of 2021, vide order dated 09.03.2022.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly after 09.03.2022. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed and the same was taken on file before the concerned Court.
