ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C., and Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.32 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The quantity of sand involved is two units. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. The Criminal Original petition stands dismissed, accordingly.
