ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, to dispose of the Execution Application filed in unnumbered CR.E.A.No.3348 of 2018 in E.P.No.19 of 1994 in Chit Fund Case No.88 of 1991, as early as possible.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed the above Execution Application and the same is yet to be taken on file by the Court below.

3. However, the petitioners have not produced any document to show that the said unnumbered application was filed on a particular date before the Court below. In the document produced by the petitioners, there is no Court seal or endorsement to indicate that the application was filed on such date before the trial Court.

4. In the absence of any material to show that the application was actually filed and is pending before the Court below, this Court is not in 2/4

a position to issue any direction as sought for by the petitioners.

5. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs.
