This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in in WP(MD) No.5018 of 2020, dated 07.01.2022 has not been complied with.

2.Today(13.06.2023), when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the request of the petitioner was rejected by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.634/A1/2022, dated 31.05.2023.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above order in the manner known to law.
