This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to fence the petitioner's property in R.S.No.42/3A, Boothakudi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2020. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.364 of 2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
