This petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the representation dated 15.03.2023.

2. Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents and Mr.R.Paramjothi, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. The dispute seems to be on the division of the property and enjoyment of the same. This dispute cannot be resolved by the police. The parties will have to necessarily go before the competent civil Court. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
