O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she married the petitioner. However, subsequently, she left the matrimonial home, as the conduct of the petitioner was not good and he has been harassing her. The detenu further informed us that she wanted to go with the third respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ who is none other than her biological mother.

2. We have examined the petitioner also, who appeared before us. The petitioner informed us that he would move the Family Court for restitution of conjugal rights.

3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty. 4.The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
