This petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with the impugned complaint in Crime No.464 of 2012 dated 05.10.2012 pending on the file of the respondent Police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report was also filed as mistake of fact on 19.08.2021, RCS notice also served on the petitioner.
