2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the said H.M.O.P.No.471 of 2022 has been withdrawn by the husband. Hence, no further orders are called for in the present petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
