ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) One Eswari has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her husband, by name, Muthukrishnan is missing from December 2015. A complaint has been given and a case has been registered in crime No.268/2016 for 'man missing'.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu is now residing at Malaysia and the petitioner also had a telephonic talk with the detenu and he informed the petitioner that he would come to India during holidays and the investigation is under progress.

4. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with liberty to the respondent police to expedite the investigation.
