O R D E R

During the course of hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition has been dealt with by the learned Single Judge of Principal Seat at Madras by an order dated 22.04.2025 in W.P.Nos.32347 of 2024 etc., batch cases. The said Writ petitions are allowed by setting aside the Revised Provisional Selection List, dated 08.10.2024 and consequential proceedings therein. The learned Counsel for the petitioner placed the copy of the said order dated 22.04.2025 passed in W.P.Nos.32347 of 2024 etc., batch cases for perusal of the Court.

2. Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has also endorsed the same. 2/4

3. On perusal of the said order, this Court is satisfied that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.32347 of 2024 etc., batch cases dated 22.04.2025.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed, in terms of the order dated 22.04.2025 passed in W.P.Nos.32347 of 2024 etc., batch cases. There shall be no order as to costs Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 24.04.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no CM 3/4
