Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to survey and demarcate the property comprised in Survey No.561/2 measuring an extent of 3 acres situated at Thottapanaickanoor Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District and further direct the second respondent to provide adequate security for the above said survey of land.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to survey and demarcate the property comprised in Survey No.561/2 measuring an extent of 3 acres situated at Thottapanaickanoor Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District and further direct the second respondent to provide adequate security for the above said survey of land.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the first respondent sent a communication dated 27.11.2014 to the second respondent for providing police protection for the purpose of surveying, till date the said communication has not been considered by the second respondent.

4. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case in the light of the communication sent by the first respondent dated 27.11.2014, and pass orders within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
