Respondents Prayer:Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenue, the petitioner's daughter named Nandhini aged about 23 years D/o. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J) The third respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue informed us that she married the fourth respondent and she is presently undergoing Quran course at "Dawah Centre", Kayalpattinam, Tuticorin. 2. We have examined the petitioner, and the sisters of the mother of the detenue. They wanted to visit the detenue at Dawah

Centre, Kayal Pattinam, Tuticorin. The detenue as well as the fourth respondent had no objection in permitting the petitioner, his wife, and her sisters to meet the detenue at Dawah Centre, Kayal Pattinam, Tuticorin.

3. The petitioner and his sisters-in-law, expressed apprehension with regard to the conduct of the fourth respondent and the life of the detenue. It was only on account of such apprehension, they wanted to meet the detenue at "Dawah Centre" Kayal Pattinam, Tuticorin periodically.

4. We direct the authorities at "Dawah Centre" Kayal Pattinam, Tuticorin, to permit the petitioner, his wife and her sisters, by name, Savithiri and Yogambal to meet the detenue during her stay at "Dawah Centre" Kayal Pattinam, Tuticorin. We also direct the Inspector of Police, Arumuganeri Police Station, Thoothukudi, to give assistance to the petitioner, his wife and her sisters named above, to meet the detenue at "Dawah Centre" Kayal Pattinam, Tuticorin.

5. The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty.

6. The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
