ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.Vijayakumar, J.) The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 05.01.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.30540 of 2023.

2. Perusal of the order dated 05.01.2024 indicates that the writ petition has been dismissed as infructuous based upon the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader. In case, if the submissions are not factually correct, it is for the contempt petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for revival of the writ petition and this contempt petition is not the solution.
