[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that he married a girl, by name, Muthumari, against the wishes of his parents and has been residing at Chennai. The detenu further informed us that he is not prepared to go with the petitioner.

2. We have examined the petitioner also.

3. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
