O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 18.06.2021 said to have been submitted by the petitioner.

2. A perusal of the said representation discloses that the petitioner herein was placed under suspension on 07.02.2020 by respondent No.2 and thereafter, the petitioner submitted the said representation seeking indulgence of respondent No.1 to direct reinstatement of the petitioner. However, it is complaining against the respondent No.1 in not considering the said representation dated 18.06.2021, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and the learned counsel for respondent No.2.

4. In view of the innocuous prayer made in the Writ Petition, this Court does not see any reason to keep the Writ Petition pending any further and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 18.06.2021 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon duly affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
