For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 75 Of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii)IPC in Crime No.75 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that an anticipatory bail petition filed on behalf of these petitioners by some other learned counsel in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8184 of 2021 was dismissed only on 07.07.2021. Now, the petitioners filed the present petition through another learned counsel, without mentioning about the dismissal of the earlier petition.

3.It is seen that anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed on 07.07.2021 and there is no mention about the same in the present petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
