ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. It is stated that the property stands in the name of the petitioner's grandfather. Since the fifth respondent has submitted an objection, the petitioner's request was not earlier considered. Now the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar is seized of the matter. The next hearing date is said to be 28.07.2022. The second respondent is directed to pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The rights of the contesting parties are left open. The only direction that has now been given is speedy and time bound disposal on the petition mentioned representation.
