2.Today(13.06.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the complaint of this petitioner has been registered in a Crime No.24 of 2025, on the file of the second respondent police, for the offence under Sections 498A IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998. 2/4
