ORDER

The writ petitioner is a party to sale deed dated 03.03.2015, registered on the file of the SRO, Kilamuthukalthur. The registration of the said document gave rise to lodging of complaint, dated 09.09.2015. Invoking the powers conferred by Circular No.67 dated 14.11.2017, the respondent herein issued the impugned notice, dated 23.03.2015. For forbearing the respondent to conduct an enquiry in this regard, pursuant to the impugned notice, this writ petition came to be filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared for the writ petitioner.

3.However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent states that Circular No.67 itself has now been withdrarwn. Therefore, the respondent obviously cannot hold any enquiry, pursuant to the impugned notice.
