This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue suitable direction to the 4th and 6th respondents not to harass the petitioner and not compel to withdraw the complaint dated 05.09.2023 and 25.09.2023 based on petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the petitioner was closed after enquiry.
