*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the police arrested the detenu, pursuant to the warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate cum Fast Track Court, Xellapar, Karnataka State, in C.C.No.85 of 2015 and he was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate. The detenu was remanded by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

2. In view of the subsequent events, relating to the arrest of the detenu and his detention by a Judicial Officer, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
