Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and carefully perused the materials available on record.

Though several contentions are raised in this writ petition by the learned counsel for the petitioner, considering the fact that the main relief sought for in this writ petition is against the inaction of the first respondent in disposing the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.07.2024 followed by the reminder dated 11.01.2025 against the order passed by the second respondent dated 07.06.2024, in our considered view, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both sides, with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, to meet the ends of justice. 2/4

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.07.2024 against the order dated 07.06.2024 passed by the second respondent by following due process of law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
