ORDER

****** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The father-in-law of the detenue filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to trace out the detenue and produce her before this Court along with her minor son by name Senbagaraj, aged about seven years.

2. The parties appeared before us. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the parties, we referred the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre at Madurai. The Report submitted by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, dated 26.08.2016 indicates that the mediation failed.

3. The matter was taken up for consideration today. We have examined the detenue and her son. The detenue informed us that she is not willing to go with the petitioner. She wanted to go to Thiruppur along with his minor son by name Shenbagarj.

4. The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty. It is open to the parties to move the concerned Family Court for appropriate relief.

The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
