: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in P.D.No.50/2016, dated 04.08.2016, on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu, namely, Suman, S/o.Mariappa @ Mariappan, aged about 28 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before, this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2. In view of the order dated 28.09.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
