2. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that enquiry was held into this issue on 20.04.2016, on which, it was reported that the detenu had gone to United Kingdom for higher studies. Thus, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the fact that the detenu is staying in United Kingdom and pursuing his further studies is known to the petitioner and still, she has come up with this petition to waste the time of this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4, the parents of the detenu, would also say that the detenu is now studying in United Kingdom. Thus, we find no truth in the allegation that the detenu is illegally detained. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
